Wyndham Championship - Power Rankings

Hot off the heals of the PGA Championship, there's no letting up as the Tour heads to Greensboro, North Carolina for the Wyndham Championship. For the past 10 years, this event has been held at the historic Sedgefield Country Club, which will once again play host to this weeks tournament. The course is rich with history, and does a spectacular job in hosting this event.

As such, the Wyndham Championship is known to draw some of the worlds best, which includes several past champions such as H.Stenson, R.Moore, S.Garcia, S.W. Kim and more. Needless to say, it's going to be a great week ahead as golfers battle for a victory on a course most of them are quite familiar with. Surprisingly, many of my picks listed below are playing amazing golf lately, but most have not yet recorded a victory on the season. I expect this weeks to change that for one of these golfers. Here's a look at he players we'll be keeping an eye on.

Si Woo Kim - Playing amazing golf this season, Kim coasted to victory here in 2016 winning by 5 strokes. The 23 year old is having an epic season playing in a lot of events and making 19/26 cuts to date, including 4 top 10 finishes. I like this kid and am expecting a great performance from him this week.

Henrik Stenson - Playing great golf, almost always a contender. The defending champion arrives at a time when he's playing great golf. He's 15/17 in cuts made which includes 7 top 10 finishes but no wins on the season. He'll be gunning for a victory here, I guarantee it.

Ryan Moore - 15/19 in cuts made, 4 top 10s but no victories on the season. Moore is another past champion (2009) and knows this course well. His season is trending in the right direction, with top 15 finishes in each of his last three starts.

O.Schniederjans - Having a solid season with 18/24 cuts made including 3 top 10's but Schniederjans is yet another player who is playing great but has not yet recorded a victory on the season.

Web Simpson - 17/20 in cuts made including 6 top 10 finishes and 1 victory on the season. Top 25 finishes in his last 3 starts, and he knows this course as well as anyone. He won here in 2011 and has a history of great performances on this course.

R. Cabrera Bello - Having a stand out season including 20/25 cuts made, 8 top 10 finishes, but no victories. That could change this week. Coming hot off a T10 at last weeks PGA Championship, I think he'll keep that momentum going with a solid performance.

Shane Lowry - Top 15 perormances in each of his last three tournaments, Lowry is trending in the right direction. He finished T7 here last year and will be looking to improve upon that result.

Jason Kokrak - One of the best ball strikers on Tour, Kokrak will be looking to use that to his advantage this week. T19 at last weeks PGA Championship and a T12 at the RBC Canadian Open. He'll be gunning for another top 20 finish this week, hopefully even breaking into the top 10.

S. Garcia - Another past champion of this event (2012), Garcia already has one victory under his belt this season as well as 4 other top 10 finishes. He's struggled in his last few events, but I expect him to bounce back on a course where he's proven he can shine.

Kevin Tway - Playing in a lot of events this season (27), Tway is keeping loose and playing well. He's playing great golf and undoubtedly looking to take advantage of that in search of his first win on the season.

Although my top 10 lists have been doing great, I've been in a slump lately as it relates to my Draftkings picks. I'm hoping to turn that around this week with a solid performance from these well balanced lineups...
