The Greenbrier Classic Concert Series and fan enhancement details

White Sulphur Springs, WV - Tournament officials have announced the final playing field for the sixth edition of The Greenbrier Classic, which will include a contingent of 152 players (four open qualifying positions will complete the field of 156 players on Monday, June 29) with 10 alternates (listed below). The Greenbrier Classic takes place this week, from June 29 - July 5, 2015 at The Greenbrier, the classic American resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV.

Newly minted 2015 West Virginia Amateur champion, Sam O'Dell, has accepted an exemption into this year's field. He will join a world-class group of players that features 13 major championship winners, representing 31 major titles, including previously released Tiger Woods, Bubba Watson, 2015 U.S. Open runner-up Louis Oosthuizen and the defending winner of The Greenbrier Classic Angel Cabrera.

O'Dell, from Hurricane, WV, fired a final round even par 70 on The Old White TPC Course at The Greenbrier to complete a wire-to-wire victory and capture the 96th West Virginia Amateur by five strokes. During the inward nine of the final round, Charleston's Christian Casingal got within one shot of the lead before O'Dell birdied three of the four closing holes to secure his second West Virginia Amateur Championship (2013 and 2015). With the victory O'Dell received an exemption to compete in next week's The Greenbrier Classic.
